DUE TO THE OXIDATION/HIGH CORROSION OF THE SOFT WASH SOLUTIONS – THERE IS NO PUMP WARRANTY ON THE “SOFT WASH” PUMP. IF THE OPERATOR IS USING “CORROSIVE” DETERGENTS (I.E. BLEACH, ETC), SPECIAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PPE MUST BE FOLLOWED!

Power Line Soft Wash Trailer Systems are designed with its sub-components mounted in an ultra-duty lockable cabinet. It includes two premium duty deep cycle group 24 marine batteries. This soft wash trailer system will be a workhorse for up to 8 hours of “on-gun” time when fully charged.

We feature the premium (Fat Foam) pump delivering 7GPM @ 80PSI.  We have engineered an exclusive pump flush system so that the operator at the turn of a dial can flush the pump with fresh water. The reel is mounted on top of the diamond plate cabinet to give a compact footprint of 24” wide x 18” deep.

SOFT WASH DETERGENT/SANITIZER SYSTEM INCLUDES:

  • 35 Gallon Mix Tank
  • 200′ Clear Braided Spray Hose – or poly-hose
  • Fresh Water Back Flush
  • Chemical Resistant Spray Wand with Various Application Nozzles
  • The Soft Wash system is powered by either a premium Honda or Kohler gas engine*.
