EXTENDED PRODUCT WARRANTY PACKAGE

LIMITED NEW PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Power Line Industries warrants all Power Line Industries pressure washers to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the periods specified below. This Limited Warranty is subject to the exclusions shown below, is calculated from the date of the original purchase, and applies to the original components only. Any parts replaced under this warranty will assume the remainder of the part’s warranty.

TEN YEAR COMBINED PUMP WARRANTY (General / Comet Pumps):
Lifetime warranty on the brass discharge manifold and ten year warranty(first 5 years non-prorated and the remaining 5 years is prorated) on internal components on the oil-end of all pressure washer pumps. Labor included if warranty is in the first year from date of purchase – $150.00 maximum paid for labor to repair/replace.

FIVE-YEAR COIL PRO-RATED WARRANTY:
First year 100% warranty, five year total prorated warranty on coil. Labor included if warranty is in the first year from date of purchase – $250.00 maximum paid for labor to repair/replace.

THREE-YEAR MANUFACTURED PARTS WARRANTY:
Components manufactured by Power Line Industries, such as frames, handles, coil wraps, float tanks and belt guards. Labor not included.

NINETY- DAY PARTS/HOSE WARRANTY:
All other components, excluding normal wear items as described below, will be warranted for 90 days on parts and labor. Parts warranty will be for 90 days regardless of the duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty. One year hose reel warranty. 90 day on electrical.

WARRANTY PROVIDED BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS:
Motors, generators, and engines, which are warranted by their respective manufacturers, are serviced through these manufacturer’s local authorized service centers. Power Line Industries cannot provide warranty on these items.

**NO WARRANTY ON HOSES OR TIRES**
**WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, FREEZING, LACK OF OIL IN PUMP, RUN DRY ON WET END OF PUMP, COIL SCALE BUILD UP, OR EQUIPMENT ABUSE**

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. POWER LINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

POWER LINE’S obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of product in question. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability. IN NO EVENT SHALL POWER LINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND. This includes lost income, travel time, and expenses, lodging expenses, labor expenses, down time, shipping costs, and any other incidental or CONSEQUENTIAL damages or expenses.
